环境规制、低碳技术创新与煤炭消费碳减排的动态关系研究

摘要: 基于低碳背景运用VAR模型研究环境规制、低碳技术创新和煤炭消费碳减排的动态关系。结果表明:我国环境规制和低碳技术创新促进煤炭消费碳减排是循序渐进的过程,其中,环境规制发挥作用有延迟,低碳技术创新的作用更显著,但二者的促进作用均存在可以上升的空间。煤炭消费碳减排亦能反向影响环境规制强度和低碳技术创新,但其反向驱动低碳技术创新动力稍弱。

Abstract: Based on the low-carbon background, the use of VAR model to study the dynamic relationship between environmental regulation, low-carbon technology innovation and low-carbon development of the coal industry. The results show that: China's environmental regulation and low-carbon technology innovation to promote the low-carbon development of the coal industry is a gradual process. Among them, environmental regulation plays a role in delay, the role of low-carbon technology innovation is more significant, but both of the promotion effect can exist can continue Rising space. The low-carbon development of the coal industry can also adversely affect the intensity of environmental regulation and low-carbon technology innovation, but the driving force for reverse-driven low-carbon technology innovation is slightly weaker.
